An Olympic-Sized Pool for Competitive and Recreational Swimming or Just Splashing Around
Forest Oaks has two swimming pools – one for the toddlers and little folks, and a six-lane, 25-yard Olympic-size pool with a large diving area. A full instruction program for both fun and competitive swimming is offered on both a group and individual basis. Poolside facilities include food and beverage 
service, dressing rooms and bathhouse services for adults and children. We also offer a competitive swim team, the "Hammerheads", for our juniors competing in the Greensboro Community Swim Association.
The pool area provides each member’s family with a broad range of activities that make it a hub of family activity. The spacious pool deck provides ample space for everything from a children’s play area to a place that adults can meet and socialize. There are also areas that one can sunbathe or read a book in a shady area. Along side the pool is a full service snack bar where you may purchase anything from ice cream and drinks to a full sandwich meal for your family.
Under the direction of Carolina Pool Management Company, the staff provides swim clinics and private lessons each season. Members may also book the pool for private parties after hours and the staff accommodates members who choose to use the pool for small birthday parties during normal operation.

School Day Pool Hours (May 26th - June 8th & August 23rd - September 3rd)
Before school lets out and after school resumes, hours of operation are as follows:
Monday through Friday 4pm to 8pm
Lifeguard Schedule
Monday through Saturday: Two (2) certified person will be on duty from Open to 1pm and 6pm to Close. Three (3) certified person will be on duty from 1pm to 6pm.
Sunday: Three certified persons will be on duty from Open to 6pm. Two (2) certified person will be on duty from 6pm to Close.
Holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day)
One (1) additional guard will be on duty from 12pm to 5pm.
The above schedule may be altered due to inclement weather or for private function/special event taking place at the pool. As much notice as possible will given for change of schedule. Please provide the administrative office with the best contact information as possible, i.e. cell phone, email address, etc.
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Company harmless for any claims arising from the use of the pool(s) other than during those times specified above, except when such claims are related to the acts of omission or negligence of the Company.
On days when pool attendance is very low, Company may reduce the number of lifeguards on duty to as few as one.
